We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven National Account Specialist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with national accounts, develop strategic business plans to enhance long-term customer value, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and ensuring account satisfaction through tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Expertise in National Account Management and Account Management to drive strong client relationships and business outcomes
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective relationship management and internal collaboration
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or a technology-focused industry preferred
