Job Title: IT Field Engineer

Location: Cornwall (Travel to customer sites across Cornwall)

Salary: Up to £32,000 base + company car + wider benefits package

Contract: Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Field Engineer. The position requires on-site presence for sites aross Cornwall alongside visits to the Plymouth Office. The Information Technology Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, administering network systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining printers. The role involves working directly with clients to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• A formal background in IT support (desk-based or field).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft environments.
• Networking experience is beneficial (though training will be provided)
• A driving license and willingness to travel
• Customer-focused approach to working
