Ark Recruitment is Hiring – Part-Time Marketing Executive (Exeter Office)

£130 - £180 Per day DOE | 1–2 days per week | Hybrid flexibility | Opportunity to go permanent

Ark Recruitment continues to scale across the Events, Sales, Marketing and Technology markets, and we are now looking for a Part-Time Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Exeter.

This role is ideal for someone who understands brand-led content, enjoys digital marketing, and wants to play an active role in Ark's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn (company and consultant pages)
• Manage social media scheduling, performance analytics and engagement
• Support email marketing, newsletters and brand campaigns
• Update the website with new case studies, news and job postings
• Assist with marketing for new divisions, brands and international markets
• Produce graphics, short-form video, reels and branded assets
• Support sponsorships, events and wider community activity

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident creating content and clear brand messaging
• Proficient in Canva, scheduling tools and basic video editing
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a small, fast-growing environment
• Understands effective recruitment and B2B marketing
• Interest in events, exhibitions or technology is an advantage
