We are working with a dynamic, multi-faceted property group with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and development projects across London. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious IT Support Technician to join their close-knit internal IT team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support across three London-based offices, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all IT systems and infrastructure.

This is a broad, all-encompassing role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys being both reactive and proactive in a business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across multiple office locations
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, permissions, and subscriptions
  • Support infrastructure projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and system improvements
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and server-related issues
  • Assist with cybersecurity protocols, updates, and best practice implementation
  • Manage IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user communication
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
  • Liaise with third-party providers where required
About You
  • Proven experience in an IT support role (ideally within a multi-site environment)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common business systems
  • Confident troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Exposure to infrastructure support and system upgrades
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with users at all levels
  • A genuine interest in technology and continuous improvement
