CRM Manager

Location: West London - Hybrid Working 3:2 and Flexi working
They're seeking a CRM Manager to spearhead their HubSpot platform optimization during an exciting period of digital transformation. This is a strategic role where you'll work alongside industry-leading experts to build a best-in-class CRM that drives growth, insight, and exceptional customer engagement.
AS CRM MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Own end-to-end management HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and data quality across all business functions
- Build advanced dashboards, reports, and automations that drive business insights and operational efficiency
- Establish robust data governance policies ensuring GDPR compliance and cross-functional process alignment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, user training, and system integrations to maximize platform ROI
THE IDEAL CRM MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 4 years' proven experience managing and optimizing HubSpot Customer Platform
- Strong technical understanding of data architecture, integrations and workflow automation
- Experience in project management with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Background in B2B sector or regulated industries preferred
- HubSpot certifications and basic development skills (Python/node.js) highly desirable
