This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager seeking greater autonomy. You’ll take the lead on high-profile event and email marketing campaigns across the APAC and Middle East regions, working closely with business development teams to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on events and email marketing. Working alongside sales, product, and marketing teams across the UK and US, you’ll bring campaigns to life while ensuring alignment with regional growth goals.

This role is not about building from scratch; you’ll leverage an established campaign infrastructure and focus on execution excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including conferences, sponsorships, email campaigns, and social media activity using HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage end-to-end event marketing for APAC and Middle East regions, including high-profile industry events and hosted experiences
  • Partner closely with regional sales/BD teams, acting as a trusted advisor to maximise event ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Track and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and creative teams (UK & US-based)
  • Support quarterly campaign planning and execution, including targeted email and account-based initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years B2B marketing campaign management experience including; email, event, and LinkedIn marketing campaign management
  • Professional services, events, or tech industry experience preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with event marketing and email campaign execution
  • Exposure to APAC and/or Middle East markets, working in partnership with regional sales teams preferred however, other regional experience will be considered
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a consultative approach
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of campaign delivery

Working Style & Flexibility

  • Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in a central London office (Farringdon)
  • Flexibility to support APAC/ME stakeholders (e.g. occasional early calls from 8am on your working from home days). In return, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and build trust through delivery
