Site Reliability Engineer
We're partnering with a leading engineering-led organisation looking to bring in a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support a critical cloud-native platform environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving teams, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and can drive reliability and automation at scale.
You'll join an established platform function supporting multiple engineering teams, helping improve resilience, scalability, and operational maturity across a high-impact production environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning and improving reliability, scalability, and performance across cloud infrastructure
* Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
* Driving infrastructure and operational automation initiatives
* Supporting and optimising Kubernetes platforms in production
* Working closely with engineering teams to embed SRE best practices
* Helping modernise platform operations and reduce operational bottlenecks
Tech Environment:
* AWS (essential)
* Kubernetes
* Terraform
* Docker
* EKS and/or GKE
* CI/CD tooling
* GCP experience beneficial
What we're looking for:
* Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering/Platform Engineering
* Deep AWS and Kubernetes experience
* Proven experience managing cloud-native infrastructure
* Strong Terraform and automation capabilities
* Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines
* Someone comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across teams
* Excellent communication skills
