Tech Lead - .NET - London - paying up to £110k

The Company
Our client places engineers directly inside client teams to deliver modernisation, cloud and product work. Their clients range from regulated financial services to high-growth consumer businesses. Because of new client demand, they're looking to add experienced Lead Engineers to the team.

The Role
You'll lead a engineering team. You'll own delivery from architecture through to production. The work varies from project to project, from complex regulated platforms to high-scale digital products and Legacy modernisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team Embedded with a client, owning delivery outcomes end to end
• Build Back End systems in .NET or Java, with real Front End delivery in JavaScript, Node or TypeScript
• Own the DevOps life cycle: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing and production monitoring
• Act as a trusted technical voice with client stakeholders while staying hands-on with the code
• Mentor engineers and bring strong engineering standards into client teams

What You'll Bring

• Strong hands-on Back End experience in .NET or Java, plus solid Front End experience in JavaScript, Node or TypeScript
• Proven DevOps ownership: CI/CD, Terraform or similar IaC, and a strong testing discipline
• Experience in Lead-level roles owning a team and delivery outcomes, or Staff Engineer experience setting technical direction
