We’re working with a large, complex organisation operating within a media technology environment, who are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of highly technical programmes.
\n
️ Software Delivery within Broadcasting is essential for this role - this is not something that can be picked up on the job.
\n
This role will see you owning end-to-end delivery across software and infrastructure projects, working with distributed technical teams and senior stakeholders to deliver critical platforms in a live, fast-paced environment.
\n
What You’ll Do
\n
• Lead and deliver complex technical projects across content and broadcast platforms
\n
• Take full accountability for multi-workstream software deliveries
\n
• Manage and motivate virtual teams (engineers, developers, specialists)
\n
• Produce and present business cases, project updates, and governance reports
\n
• Track, manage, and report on budgets and forecasts
\n
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers
\n
• Coach and mentor junior team members
\n
What You’ll Bring
\n
• Proven experience delivering technical projects within broadcasting environments
\n
• Strong track record using formal methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile/hybrid)
\n
• Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams to deliver on time and budget
\n
• Confident stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
\n
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
\n
