Customer Success & Sales Executive

ambitious AI company working on something genuinely hard: making AI that doesn't hallucinate, that's explainable, and that enterprises can actually trust. Our customers are in banking, insurance, accountancy — industries where getting it wrong really matters.

We're looking for someone early in their sales career who's hungry, sharp, and wants to learn fast. You'll be one of the first people prospects ever speak to — running outreach, running discovery calls, and building real relationships with senior stakeholders in regulated industries.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a playbook and left to execute. You'll help shape it.

What you'll be doing:

→ Building and qualifying pipeline across financial services and beyond

→ Running personalised outreach via LinkedIn, email and direct conversations

→ Booking and leading discovery calls with senior buyers

→ Feeding market insight back into the team to sharpen our messaging

What we're looking for:

→ 6–12 months in B2B sales, SDR/BDR or customer success

→ Confident communicator — written and verbal

→ Curious, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity

→ Bonus: experience in fintech, insurance or enterprise tech
