Engineering Manager - £95K | 12-Month FTC

A fast-growing tech company is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering up to £95K, with a 60% hands-on, 40% management split.

Tech Stack:

✅ Frontend: TypeScript, React, Nx, Vercel, CSS

✅ Backend: Node.js, Next.js, GraphQL

✅ Cloud: AWS, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Serverless

✅ Data: SQL, NoSQL

✅ Mobile: React Native

About You:

Strong technical expertise with modern frontend & backend frameworks

Experience leading engineering teams in an agile environment

Hands-on coding ability while mentoring and driving best practices

Cloud & DevOps knowledge, preferably AWS

Hybrid - London (2 days onsite per week)
