Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data, AI & Machine Learning

📍 London (Shoreditch HQ) | 🌍 Hybrid working

💸 £35,000 – £45,000 basic + uncapped commission

As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring two experienced 360 recruiters to own and scale Emerging Tech desks across Data, AI and Machine Learning, covering one UK-focused desk and one Dutch-market desk. You'll be joining a collaborative, high performing environment with the support, flexibility and earning potential to thrive.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and grow a Data/AI/ML desk (contract or perm), with access to warm clients and high-value roles
• Build and manage relationships with top tech talent and hiring teams
• Drive new business and expand your client network across the UK & Europe
• Sell tailored recruitment solutions such as contingent, retainers, SOW and embedded solutions to clients
• Deliver best-in-class service across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Stay ahead of market trends and build your personal brand within the data space

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech preferred)
• Proven billings and success against targets
• Strong BD and client acquisition skills
• Passion for Data, AI, or emerging technologies
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a team-first attitude
