Senior Workflow Developer

Job Title: Clio Operate (ShareDo) Senior Workflow Developer (Contract)

Product: ShareDo

Contract Term: initial 3 months, outside IR35

Working pattern: 3 days per week

Rate: £350-£450 per day

Role Summary:

Short‐term contractor to design, build, and support ShareDo workflows, integrations, and configurations to support active delivery, stabilisation, and go‐live activity across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ShareDo workflows, rules, tasks, and data models
• Build and support ShareDo integrations and API‐based data flows
• Support data migration, configuration, testing, and go‐live activity
• Troubleshoot and resolve ShareDo workflow and data issues
• Work closely with the Applications and Project teams to deliver agreed outcomes

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands‐on ShareDo workflow development experience
• Experience with ShareDo APIs, integrations, and data mappings
• Understanding of legal matter lifecycle and case management processes
• Able to work independently and deliver quickly with minimal onboarding
