Technical Product Owner

A evolving AI company solving a genuinely hard problem: building AI that's explainable, auditable, and trustworthy enough for high-stakes enterprise use. Think banking, insurance, regulated industries.

We need a TPM who can sit across the table from a complex enterprise customer, extract the real requirements from the noise, and turn ambiguity into a roadmap the engineering team can actually execute against.

This isn't a spec writing role. It's a thinking role.

What you'll be doing:

→ Owning the developer platform from strategy through execution

→ Leading discovery with enterprise clients and translating complexity into clarity

→ Balancing individual customer requests against long-term platform scalability

→ Partnering with engineering without over-specifying solutions

→ Challenging leadership constructively when the product vision is at risk

What we're looking for:

→ 4+ years in technical PM, enterprise software or SaaS

→ Technical degree + hands-on background (CS, engineering or similar)

→ Deep understanding of AI — you know what's actually achievable

→ Exceptional analytical thinking and genuinely rigorous documentation

→ Strong personality, low ego
