Our client is a fast-scaling FinTech transforming the structured products space. Their SaaS platform connects the Buy-side with the Sell-side, delivering real-time pricing, execution, and life-cycle management.

They’re redefining how wealth managers access structured products — combining cutting-edge tech with an intuitive, fully customisable platform.

The Role

Join the Business Development team as a Business Analyst, working at the crossroads of finance and technology.

You’ll collaborate with developers, investment banks, and clients — delivering complex structured product implementations, developing algorithms, and shaping the platform roadmap.

This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to innovative projects across asset classes and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation with developers and external banks
• Map new product types and integrate APIs
• Test pricing results with the QA team
• Build/enhance Python-based algorithms
• Analyse client needs to enhance platform UX and functionality
• Work with Product to contribute to roadmap planning and release cycles
• Support onboarding, training, and platform adoption

Requirements

• Financial Services; structured products
• Solid Python and SQL scripting
• Strong interest in FinTech and derivatives
• Analytical, collaborative, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
