Information Technology Delivery Manager
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who knows how to get software built and shipped in fast-moving, tech-led environments. This role is ideal for someone from InsurTech, tech startups, or modern insurance teams and very much not a traditional, plan-heavy PM.
You’ll wear the Delivery Manager and Scrum Master hat, working hands-on with software engineers and product leaders to deliver real outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery across complex, software-driven initiatives
- Act as Scrum Master, embedding strong Agile and Scrum practices
- Work closely with software developers building internal or B2B/B2C applications
- Plan and track delivery against outcomes, KPIs and dependencies
- Proactively manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies
- Keep delivery governance and reporting clear, pragmatic and lightweight
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in InsurTech, tech startups, or technology-led insurance environments
- Strong background delivering software products, not just vendor implementations
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Comfortable in hybrid environments and evolving delivery models
- Confident, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
- PRINCE2 or PMP
- Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
Flexible hybrid working model depending on needs of the business - expect 1-2 days/week in London office
