I’m working with a Specialty Insurance business looking to hire a PowerApps Developer into a fast-growing, high-impact team.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering Power Platform solutions that automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrations
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions
• Produce clear technical documentation
• Support user training and ongoing adoption

Tech environment

• Cloud-based architecture
• Azure SQL data warehouse
• Power Platform + Excel at the core
• Future scope across Python and advanced analytics

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience with Power Apps & Power Automate
• Strong SQL skills (joins, views, stored procedures)
• Experience working in structured environments (CI/CD exposure a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree in a numerate subject (2:1 or above preferred)
