Product Strategy Analyst
The organisation is strengthening its Product function, with a growing focus on product insight, governance, and consistent ways of working. With strong foundations now in place, this role plays a key part in embedding insight-led decision-making and improving how product work is shaped, prioritised, and delivered.
We’re looking for a Product Strategy Analyst who understands the product insights space and can combine analytical rigour with change capability. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across data, process, tooling, and stakeholders to make product teams more effective.
About the role
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and product analytics tools (e.g. Pendo / ContentSquare-type platforms).
- Translate product data into clear insights that inform prioritisation and decision-making.
- Define and embed product governance, including planning cycles, prioritisation forums, and meeting structures.
- Improve product processes, including opportunity intake, pipeline management, and prioritisation.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of product management tools (e.g. Aha!, Confluence, Miro, Figma, AI tools).
- Drive process improvements end-to-end, ensuring changes are clearly communicated and embedded in practice.
- Work within a Double Diamond approach to define opportunities, support prioritisation, enable solution design, and implement improvements.
About you
- 2–7 years’ experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Analysis, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of product insights, dashboards, metrics, and how data informs product decisions.
- Experience introducing or working with governance and operating model change.
- Confident engaging stakeholders and influencing ways of working across teams.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Motivated to own and grow this area over time, not just execute tasks.
