Senior IT Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading international insurance organisation seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join their growing technology team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex application development, integration, and business-critical technology projects within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across multiple workstreams
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leaders
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful business and technology outcomes
• Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners

Required Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Proven delivery of large-scale application development, systems integration, or technology transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and project governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives
• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycle
• Experience working within Lloyd's Markets
