As the Lead Data Governance Analyst, you won't just advise-you'll own the end-to-end governance process. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, implement, and maintain frameworks for Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Catalogue adoption. You'll ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across multiple systems, driving standards that underpin critical business decisions and compliance.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in data governance, MDM, and reference data management.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, lineage, and metadata concepts.
• Hands-on skills in SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to lead governance initiatives in a lean, fast-moving environment.
