What You'll Be Doing
- Define and champion enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance
- Develop business and technology roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align business priorities and technology investment
- Drive simplification, rationalisation, and long-term capability planning
- Manage technical debt and target-state alignment
- Support major initiatives through architecture leadership and design governance
- Collaborate closely with Data, Security, Platform, and Business Architecture teams
- Ensure technology decisions deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term value
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven Enterprise Architecture experience within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of Finance and/or Risk domains
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience shaping technology strategy, operating models, and investment decisions
- Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Investment Management, or other regulated sector experience
- Experience supporting Finance, Treasury, Risk, Regulatory, or Actuarial functions
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework experience
