Operations Analyst
I’m partnered with a growing insurance business looking to hire an Operations Analyst to sit at the heart of outsourced operations and data delivery.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role that will provide high-visibility and make a real impact across underwriting, portfolio, actuarial and finance teams.Responsibilities:
- Oversee outsourced operational and data services, with a focus on BDX and PAS delivery
- Monitor data quality, timeliness and SLA adherence, acting as escalation point for issues
- Validate underwriting, premium and claims data, identifying control gaps and process inefficiencies
- Support improvements to data standards, governance frameworks and operational controls
- Deliver accurate, analysis-ready datasets across underwriting, portfolio, actuarial, finance and compliance
- Help build repeatable data pipelines and automated reporting to reduce manual effort
- Produce operational MI and dashboards (Power BI) to support oversight and decision-making
