- Oversee full lifecycle delivery for key business projects, ensuring progress from initial concept through to completion.
- Develop early-stage business cases and maintain delivery structure across all phases.
- Produce core project documentation including RAID logs, project plans, governance artefacts and change control records.
- Monitor milestones, compile steering packs, and present progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Anticipate and manage risks, interdependencies, budget considerations, and resource allocations.
- Build effective working relationships across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Uphold governance standards, frameworks and best-practice delivery methodologies.
- Strong grasp of project delivery methodologies, governance, and structured delivery tools.
- Excellent organisational capability with a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute effectively.
- Confident communicator with the ability to handle stakeholder expectations and influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
- Experience navigating risks, resolving issues, and maintaining control in complex delivery environments.
