Senior Associate - Operational Risk and Resilience We are looking for someone with operational resilience experience who is keen to get into a risk role with lots of exposure to different areas such as data and IT. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to thematic risk reviews across critical operational areas, assessing how effectively risks are being managed and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver high-quality risk reporting - both regular and ad hoc to senior management and risk committees, enabling informed oversight and decision-making.
- Design and maintain risk management dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and timeliness, whether sourced from internal systems or third-party platforms.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments and senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on operational risk issues.
- Respond proactively to ad hoc requests and projects from the Operational Risk leadership team, supporting emerging priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Provide risk oversight across transformation programs, corporate governance frameworks, resilience initiatives, data management strategies, and technology developments, including AI - ensuring that risk considerations are embedded into business processes and decisions.
