Training/System SME

Arthur are partnered with a specialis insurer who are preparing to roll out a new company-wide software tool and are seeking an experienced Training/Systems SME to create clear, engaging, and user-friendly training materials to support its adoption.

About the Project
The new tool will introduce several updated processes across the organisation. These processes vary in complexity, which means the training solutions will range from quick reference guides to more detailed training materials, including live training sessions for end users. Roll-out of the tool will occur in stages between December/January and March 2026, depending on when different functionalities are completed and ready to go live.

What You'll Deliver

• Concise user guides and quick reference materials for simpler processes
• Comprehensive training content (eg, slide decks, walkthroughs, videos, or E-learning modules) for more complex features
• Live or virtual user training sessions where appropriate
• Collaboration with our project team to understand tool functionality and release timelines
• Iterative updates to materials as new tool features are developed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing training materials for software tools or business processes
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, accessible content
• Experience delivering live training (virtual or in-person)
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
