On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Senior Business Change Manager for a 6 Months contract based in London (Hybrid).
Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience
Purpose of the role:
As Senior Business Change Manager you will support the successful delivery of a major SaaS implementation programme. You will oversee the transformation workstream, and support the Transformation Director to ensure successful change management, stakeholder engagement and programme transformation delivery.
What you'll do:
- Support the Transformation Director in driving the overall programme strategy, governance, and execution.
- Lead the transformation workstream, plan and deliverables.
- Support change leads to ensure a smooth transition of users.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage leadership engagement plan.
- Collaborate with change leads to ensure effective communication, training, and adoption and support strategies are in place.
The skills you'll need:
- Relevant experience in Change Management and in managing change within a consulting business environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and workstreams in large scale digital transformation.
- Proficiency in working with collaborative project management tools such as the Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with M365 Copilot, or other generative AI tools, would also be helpful.
- Experience of working in the Engineering, Architecture or Construction sector would be ideal.
- Experience of working on projects or programmes using Agile methods or practices.
