On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Training Lead for an initial 3 month contract (likely to extend) based in London. Hybrid with 2 days per week on-site.
Purpose of the role
This role sits within a global transformation programme, supporting the rollout of a new project management system. The successful candidate will act as the system subject matter expert, responsible for delivering engaging training and driving adoption across the business.
The role goes beyond traditional training delivery, focusing on translating complex system functionality into practical, real world use cases, and supporting behavioural and cultural change as part of the transition to new ways of working.
What You Will Do
- Act as the Apex system SME and superuser.
- Deliver engaging live training to global audiences.
- Train and support a network of regional champions.
- Provide first line support and resolve user queries.
- Translate system functionality into real project use cases.
- Drive adoption and support behavioural change.
- Simplify and improve training materials and guides.
- Support creation of training content and videos.
- Deliver system demos to stakeholders.
- Manage FAQs and user support resources.
- Shape and support the learning approach.
- Plan and manage training delivery.
The Skills you'll need
- Experience delivering training on large system rollouts.
- Background in project systems, CRM or similar platforms.
- Understanding of planning, resourcing and budgeting.
- Ability to quickly learn and own new systems.
- Strong delivery skills with large audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex processes.
- Experience supporting behavioural change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable in fast paced, evolving environments.
- Able to plan and deliver independently.
- Flexible to support a global audience.
- Confident, personable communication style.
