Sales Executive
Sales Executive Permanent Tring, Hertfordshire (Hybrid) £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Our client, a leading FinTech software provider to UK banks and building societies is continuing to expand. They are looking for a dynamic, sales-focused, and detail-oriented individual to support the full sales cycle and contribute directly to help drive their next phase of growth!Their mission is to empower financial institutions with the most intuitive and reliable software solutions to meet the complex demands of their industry by offering a comprehensive suite of integrated tools that address key challenges in regulatory reporting, financial planning, treasury, risk management, and business intelligence.They pride themselves on their collaborative team culture, customer-first approach, and deep industry expertise.If you are currently working in a sales or account management role or considering a career shift into the world of financial technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Your duties as a Sales Executive will include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and delivering product demonstrations (remotely or on-site).
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to track prospects and pipeline activity.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on leads.
- Contributing to responses for requests for proposals and information in collaboration with technical teams.
- Conducting market research on potential customers and industry trends.
- Assisting in developing sales materials and tracking sales performance metrics.
To be a successful Sales Executive, you must be:
- Educated to Level 4 or above or have 3+ years of work experience in business, finance, or economics.
- Progressing towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, etc.).
- Interested in financial technology (FinTech) and regulatory developments in banking.
- Familiar with financial services products and terminology.
- Knowledgeable in accounting or financial analysis.
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to understand and articulate complex software solutions or financial concepts.
- Self-motivated and demonstrate a collaborative mindset with a keen willingness to learn.
