Business Project Manager

We are seeking a BA/PM to join our Digital Strategy & Transformation team. Ideal candidate should have Experience with strong Agile project management, business analysis and solution delivery skills .Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong Agile project management, business analysis and solution delivery skills with strong grounding in technology and data. Previous experience of using agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User stories etc.) is a must have.

• Experience of structured problem solving, As-Is / To-be analysis, and data analysis.

• Ability to lead project team members and contribute to the overall delivery.

• Confident and practised communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Experience of delivering Operations' technology solutions with the focus on process automation, KPI/KRI definitions, MI dashboards etc..

• Strong influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined strategies and approaches.

• Ability to manage a portfolio of work and representing IT in senior management steering committees and workgroups.
