Data Migration

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Data Migration and Analysis candidate with proven experience supporting technology implementations. This role is responsible for reviewing, cleaning, and preparing legacy data—including work-in-progress (WIP) records—for migration into various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and cleanse legacy datasets and WIP records for migration and integration.

• Work closely with SMEs to validate, reconcile, and prepare data for import.

• Utilize tools to analyze, transform, and document data.

• Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation throughout implementation projects.

• Document data cleansing processes and maintain clear records for audit and compliance.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements for future data migrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale implementation and migration projects.

• Proficiency in data migration and data cleansing methodologies.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
