Lead site reliability engineer

Ascendion is looking for an experienced Lead SRE hands-on technical leader responsible for establishing and running the SRE function — setting observability standards, building dashboards and tooling, and leading a team of SRE Engineers embedded across the engineering organisation

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have/non-negotiable skills:

• Proven track record as an SRE Lead or Senior SRE in a large-scale, high-availability production environment.
• Strong expertise in monitoring and observability tooling (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, or equivalent).
• Ability to lead technically and influence at the engineering leadership level.
• Hands-on experience with incident management, on-call processes, and post-incident review.
