Mainframe Developer

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with expertise in COBOL, JCL, and CICS to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in batch flow analysis and development, as well as experience in the billing and pricing domain.
• Experience in handling rewrite and migration projects is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and develop solutions using mainframe technologies, primarily COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Conduct batch flow analysis and implement efficient batch processing solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation of billing and pricing systems.
• Participate in rewrite and migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
