Observability Engineer (Dynatrace)

Job Description:

• Observability Engineer with strong Dynatrace dashboarding experience:

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience: Requires several years of experience with Dynatrace, with a strong understanding of its functionalities, especially good experience with building advanced dashboards.

Technical Knowledge:

• Observability: Strong grasp of observability principles (metrics, logs,
• traces).
• Experience with observability tooling like Prometheus, Grafana and
• Timeseries DB is needed.
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM): In-depth experience with
• APM concepts and tools.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or
• Google Cloud, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
• Application Technologies: Knowledge of application technologies such as Java, Python, and microservices.
• Web Technologies: Understanding web technologies like HTML, CSS,
• JavaScript, and networking protocols.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
