Procurement Lead

Job description:

  • We are hiring a Procurement Lead to drive strategic sourcing initiatives across our IT indirect spend portfolio (Cloud, Software, Hardware, Professional Services).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing strategy for technology categories (Cloud, Enterprise Software, IT Services)

  • Manage complex RFPs/RFIs and negotiations with major vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce

  • Deliver cost optimization, risk mitigation, and strong commercial outcomes

  • Partner with IT & business leaders to align procurement with digital transformation goals

  • Drive governance, compliance, and supplier performance management

  • Support procurement digitalization (e-Sourcing, AI tools)

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of procurement experience with strong technology sourcing expertise

  • Proven experience negotiating global tech contracts

  • Strong knowledge of cloud consumption, software licensing & tech contracting

  • Experience with e-Sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba)

  • Excellent stakeholder management & executive communication skills
