Project Manager / Delivery Lead – Front Office Technology

Location: Bromley, UK

Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join a Front Office technology team supporting eTrading and electronic markets platforms .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering technology projects within eTrading, pricing, algorithmic trading or Front Office environments , and will be comfortable working closely with technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within Front Office / Markets
• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
• Work closely with Front Office, Trading, Quant, Technology and Business stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple technology teams and ensure delivery remains on track
• Provide clear communication on progress, risks and key decisions
• Drive issue resolution and remove delivery blockers
• Support delivery within a fast-paced, regulated banking environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Markets Technology platforms
• Knowledge of trading workflows and electronic execution
• Experience working with large banks or financial institutions
• Agile delivery experience
