Technical Product Delivery Manager
About the Role:
- We are hiring a Technical Product Delivery Manager for a leading global financial markets data organization.
- This role sits at the intersection of Product, Business, and Engineering, where you will drive the evolution of a real-time, low-latency market data platform that powers critical systems across the organization.
- You will act as the voice of the customer, working closely with multiple engineering squads to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear technical requirements
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are well-defined and actionable
- Work closely with 3–4 engineering squads to drive delivery and ensure alignment
- Collaborate with Agile Delivery teams to support effective sprint and quarterly planning
- Engage with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to guide decision-making
- Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end platform ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Product Management / Product Delivery / Technical Program Management
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Solid understanding of modern software systems, APIs, and platform architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Exposure to real-time or low-latency data systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for product decisions
Nice to Have:
- Experience in financial services / market data / trading platforms
- Exposure to distributed systems or high-performance platforms
