Test Analyst
We are looking for a Test Analyst with experience in SAP HCM and Finance modules, along with hands-on experience using testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Contract Duration: 3 to 4 months
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Test Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP HCM & Finance .
- Proven experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases for SAP HCM & Finance implementations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP configurations and processes.
- Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Experience in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO).,
