We are seeking a Staff Service Designer to join our team:

Required Skills and Expertise

10+ years in Service Design, Experience Strategy, Business Transformation, or Strategic Consulting.

Proven track record leading enterprise-scale discovery or transformation programs with measurable outcomes.

Deep expertise in systems thinking, service blueprinting, strategic facilitation, and opportunity framing.

Strong ability to synthesize insights across multiple workstreams and connect them to business strategy.

Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills.

Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading senior practitioners.

A portfolio or case studies that show how your strategic thinking delivered tangible business value.
