IT Operations Manager – Data Centres

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join a well-established consultancy in the Dorking area of Surrey. This is a hybrid role paying circa £70,000.

To be considered for this position, you will have a solid background in IT (infrastructure, storage, cloud, networking) but have moved more into a Service Delivery / Project Manager capacity.

Looking after 3 data centres, you will be responsible for:

• Customer service delivery
• Incident management 
• Project management
• Infrastructure future planning / strategy
• Vendor management

As the IT Operations Manager, you will liaise with an in-house team of IT Engineers and Sales / Account Managers to oversee Data Centre storage & infrastructure support & maintenance as per customer requirements.

Based in the Dorking area of Surrey, my client is a growing consultancy going through contunied expansion. This is a hybrid role, and in return for hard work and dedication they are offering a salary of circa £70,000
