IT Service Management Analyst

- Lincoln based (hybrid working)

- Salary up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits 

A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join its IT Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for working across supplier relationships, contract management, IT asset management, software licencing and IT procurement. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end supplier contract lifecycle processes

• Leading on vendor governance and performance management activity

• Overseeing IT asset and software licence management

• Ensuring compliance with procurement and governance standards

• Reporting and spend analysis

• Identifying opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs

• Supporting service delivery teams with commercial and asset visibility

To be considered sutiable for this service delivery role you will need to have the following skills/experience:

• Experience in IT contract management, vendor management, procurement management or IT asset management

• Knowledge of supplier governance and procurement processes

• Experience managing IT assets and/or software licensing

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience using asset management or procurement systems
