IT Support Analyst

A highly successful Architectural firm is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Manchester. Please note this is an office based role so you will work on site 5 days per week.Working as an integral part of a high-performance team, you will provide 1 st , 2 nd and some 3 rd line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites for 500+ employees.   In order to be suitable for this role you MUST be a personable IT Support Analyst with demonstrable expertise supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
