Junior Human Resources Business Partner

Junior HR Business Partner – Contingent Workforce

London | Hybrid (3 days home / 2 days office)

Salary: c£60,000

Are you a Senior HR Advisor working within an RPO, MSP or IT managed service business and ready for your first HR Business Partner role?

If you have experience supporting agency workers, contractors or contingent workforces and enjoy the compliance side of HR, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

We're recruiting for a Junior HR Business Partner to join the European division of a fast-growing global organisation. This is a newly created role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to ensure contingent workers are managed compliantly while supporting the business as it continues to grow across Europe.

This isn't a traditional HR Business Partner role supporting a permanent employee population. Instead, you'll specialise in the HR management of agency workers, contractors and fixed-term employees, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys employment legislation, governance and workforce compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with managers across Europe on HR matters relating to agency workers, contractors and fixed-term employees.
  • Provide advice on Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), employment legislation and workforce compliance.
  • Support ER matters involving contingent workers.
  • Assist with the integration of contingent workforces following acquisitions.
  • Help develop and improve HR policies, governance and compliant ways of working.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Legal and operational stakeholders across Europe.

You'll have:

  • HR experience within an RPO, MSP, Talent Solutions, Workforce Solutions or managed service organisation.
  • Experience supporting agency workers, contractors or contingent workforces.
  • A good understanding of Agency Worker Regulations, fixed-term contracts and employment compliance.
  • Experience advising managers on HR matters and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting European operations would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Why apply?

This is an opportunity to step into your first HR Business Partner role within a growing international business, developing specialist expertise in contingent workforce compliance while working across multiple European markets.
