Housing and Property Management Apprentice (Level 2)
Role
The role will involve (but not be limited to):
- Providing full administrative support to the lettings team
- Producing new tenancy agreements and providing administration support of new tenancy files from the point of offer to completion
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the process runs smoothly along with terminations
- Marketing, collating and processing invoices
- Property management whilst providing excellent customer service at all times
The role includes a continuous long-term training and development programme starting with Level 2 Housing and Property Management course.
Training
This course works towards a level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant apprenticeship standard.
This apprenticeship prepares an individual for a range of general housing/property management duties leading to operational or specialist roles.
You will have an assigned tutor who will arrange face to face as well as remote visits and will be available for support at all times.
The apprenticeship duration will be 12 months of training and a further 3 months of preparation for your End-Point Assessment.
Apprentices without level 1 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to completion of the apprenticeship and will also be required to take the tests for level 2.
The role includes a continuous long-term training and development programme starting with Level 2 Housing and Property Management course.
Successful candidates will then have the opportunity to have a full time permanant position with increased salary and benefits commensurate to the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt at Level 2. There is the opportunity to further your knowledge with a fully funded programme to Level 3 and then Level 4 with an End Point Assessment on completion of each module.
There will be professional industry qualifications by the awarding body and membeship of Propertymark as an Associate.
