The digital infrastructure team is a sub-group of Tech Transactionsand the team is looking to position itself at the forefront of the newdigital age, advising both new and traditional players in the digitalinfrastructure sector.

We are looking for a senior associate to join the digitalinfrastructure team and play a key role in the development of team.

This represents an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing,strategic, practice in a firm that is putting strategic and financialbacking behind its growth.

Key responsibilities of the role include:lead on projects;develop and lead client relationships with both existing and new clients;develop more junior members of the team;work with colleagues in other practice areas and offices;play a key role in developing thought leadership, includingthrough presenting at seminars and conferences and issuingthink-pieces on cutting edge technology issues;This is a full-time, permanent based in our London office with hybrid working.

Essential skills and experience: The successful candidate is likely to:have relevant post qualification experiencehave private practice experience with a leading TMT team, possiblyaugmented with relevant in-house experience;strong experience advising on digital infrastructure projectstogether with supporting M&A and financing of digitalinfrastructure assets;experience working across the digital infrastructure and inparticular data centres (such as colocation, services agreement,BTS and SLAS), fibre, mobile and subseatelecoms regulatory experience and experience working on satellitematters is desirable but not essentialMore information can be found in the job descriptionattached to the role on our careers siteCareer advancement: An established Career PathFramework is in place clearly defining expectations and outliningopportunities for promotion.

Secondment opportunities: Opportunities often arisefor associates to spend time on secondment in house with a key clientof the firm. We expect client secondments to be less of a focus forthis role, as the candidate will be one of the more senior members ofour group and so playing a key role in supporting the partners todevelop the practice#LI-HYBRID
