An opportunity to join an expanding manufacturing business as the first analyst and drive informed, data-driven, decision-making across the organisation.

The Role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and commercial improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Present insights and findings clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with business teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting processes.
  • Contribute to data governance and process improvement initiatives.

The Candidate

  • Experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally 2 years+.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to present and explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions. (nice to have, not essential).
