An opportunity for a numerate graduate to join an expanding manufacturing business as the first analyst and drive informed, data-driven, decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and commercial improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Present insights and findings clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with business teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting processes.
- Contribute to data governance and process improvement initiatives.
The Candidate
- A strong numerate degree.
- Experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
- Able to present and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
