We re recruiting for a small, purpose-led social enterprise that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide extra support to its team during a particularly busy period.

This is a genuinely flexible, home-based role working around hours per week. There is flexibility around when you work your hours and which days you work, making it a great opportunity for someone who needs their work to fit around other commitments or who simply works best with a more flexible routine.

You ll be joining a friendly remote team and working through a varied list of administrative tasks, helping to get things organised, updated and completed before the end of the contract.

Your workload will be varied and could include:

  • Helping with routine event and operational administration.

Experience of systems such as Zoom, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, YouTube or CRM databases would be useful, but isn't essential.

You don't necessarily need experience of every system listed in the full job description. What s more important is that you are:

  • Highly organised and comfortable working through a task list independently.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Confident working from home and managing your own workload.
  • IT literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and email.
  • Happy working across a variety of straightforward administrative tasks.
