Account Manager – Technology Sector (Managed Services) - £50,000 – £60,000 base + Uncapped Commission (Double basic OTE) - North London HQ

Our client, a well-established and growing Managed Services Provider (MSP), delivers enterprise-grade IT Support, Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, Contact Centre, and Business Connectivity services to 100+ UK and international clients.

With ISO , and 14001 certifications, and a strong emphasis on infrastructure resilience and regulatory compliance, the business is expanding its commercial team to enhance strategic account growth. As such, they are seeking a commercially astute and technically aware Account Manager to manage and expand existing client relationships, helping clients navigate modern workplace technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.

This is not a cold-start sales role—but experience in business development or inside sales will be highly beneficial. If you’re motivated by consultative selling and building long-term relationships, this position offers the freedom, support, and earning potential to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Identify and convert opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across services including: Microsoft 365 support, Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Defender, Cybersecurity (EDR/XDR, SOC, SIEM, SASE), business continuity, DR and backup, Business connectivity, cloud telephony, and infrastructure management
  • Work closely with management to shape proposals and service scopes
  • Maintain an active pipeline of client initiatives, renewals, and service expansions
  • Contribute to account-level strategic reviews, QSRs, and technical roadmap planning
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in account management, pre-sales, or business development within an MSP or B2B technology environment
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, identity management, and IT support best practices
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to initiate and guide value-based conversations
  • Personable, client-first attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Organised and driven, with a keen eye for opportunity and follow-through
