  • Combine internal people data with external market intelligence and benchmarking to provide valuable context and recommendations.
  • Coach and support colleagues to become confident users of workforce data and self-service reporting tools.

About You:

You'll be an experienced analytics professional who combines technical expertise with strong communication and influencing skills. You enjoy translating business questions into actionable insight and are passionate about helping organisations make smarter decisions through data.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in people analytics, workforce planning, business intelligence, statistics or a related field.
  • Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, data visualisation and insight storytelling.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience working with HR systems and people data.
  • A strong understanding of data governance, data quality and reporting standards.
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and UK employment data reporting requirements.
  • The confidence to challenge, influence and build credible relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way.
