We’re looking for a sharp, detail‐driven Content Moderation & QA Specialist to support the training and evaluation of cutting‐edge AI systems. In this role, you’ll ensure our AI’s content decisions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with policy standards—while partnering with global vendor teams to raise the bar on quality.

This position involves exposure to sensitive, graphic, or otherwise objectionable content (e.g., graphic violence, child exploitation, animal abuse, self‐harm). Candidates must be comfortable working with challenging material in a professional, operational context.

What You’ll Do

Quality Assurance

  • Review and audit AI‐generated moderation decisions for accuracy, consistency, and policy alignment.

Golden Set Creation

  • Build, maintain, and refine high‐quality datasets to benchmark and calibrate AI and vendor performance.

Vendor Calibration & Management

  • Partner with vendor sites to drive improvements, deliver constructive feedback, and track quality metrics.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships through clear expectations, guidance, and performance insights.

Process & Product Improvement

  • Identify workflow and tooling gaps, propose improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.

Data‐Driven Insights

  • Analyze performance data to spot trends, uncover issues, and inform quality strategy.

Cross‐Functional Communication

  • Work closely with operations, policy, and leadership teams to align on quality goals and outcomes.

Training & Expertise

  • Stay up‐to‐date with evolving policies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Engage with sensitive content thoughtfully and responsibly.
  • Evaluate societal impacts of online content and test operational hypotheses.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in content moderation, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong command of moderation policies and guidelines
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills
  • High attention to detail in fast‐paced environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with vendors or external partners (preferred)
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred)
